Karim Amour joins SRSUNTOUR

The SRSuntour Werx team has recently seen the addition of yet another truly world-class athlete. His name is synomous with the French domination of World Cup cycling: Karim Amour. Having recently retired from life at the top of elite downhill, dual and 4cross, Karim has switched his focus to enduro and in particular the Megavalanche.

Red Bull District Ride: Nuremberg rumbled with the cheers of more than 62,000 spectators 
 
Nuremberg, 6 September 2014 – Amazing tricks, top-notch riding and an electrifying atmosphere – the world’s best 24 mountain bike slopestyle athletes put the ancient city of Nuremberg at the pinnacle of action sports during Red Bull District Ride. Over the course of two days, 84,000 fans filled the weaving alley ways in this historic city. On Saturday along, more than 62,000 spectators lined the streets around the hand crafted parcours, designed to push the best riders to their limits. Flowing through the cobbled streets, Canadian Brandon Semenuk linked up the perfect run to seal the victory. Dawid Godziek wins VANS Kill the Line 2014

31st of August 2014 – Peynier, France. Dawid Godziek from Poland is the winner of VANS Kill the Line 2014. He convinced the judges with an amazing variety of hard tricks like a double barspin backflip, a triple truckdriver or a corked 720 combined with a super smooth style and perfect landings.

Four-Cross World Championships

Tomas Slavik and Caty Curd are the new Four-cross World Champions

 
Saalfelden Leogang in Salzburger Land, Austria, June 14th 2014 – The UCI Four-cross World Championships in Leogang were dominated this year by the sport's favorites. In the women's race, Anneke Beerten (NED) and Katy Curd (GBR) dueled themselves for the title, with the latter having the better end. Czech rider Tomas Slavik put himself in front of fellow countryman Michael Mechura to secure the gold medal.
